Overview: We would like to welcome you, as many of you have been requesting a good way to view your Support cases/tickets with us. Well, here it is!
The best way to reach out to our Support team is by going to support.tenfold.com to view these tickets and ANY tickets you are the ‘requester’ of and even those you are cc’d on.
If you are a customer from a particular company, and you would like to ensure all users have visibility to all of the tickets each of you submit, please request to speak to Support Management to work with you on making this change and the options available when it is in place.
- Feel free to use your Gmail account or any email to register as a user via the primary email address you’ll be using to contact Tenfold Technical Support.
- Create tickets by pushing the ‘Submit a request”
- Fill out the form fields similar to the following:
- Push Submit, and it will go right to our Support Ticket Queue to be prioritized based on the type and severity of an issue, as well as the Service Level Agreement (SLA) priorities as well.
