Overview: This article provides a quick overview of the process for setting or resetting your password for the Tenfold Dashboard.
The Password Creation Process
If you are trying to log in to the Tenfold Dashboard but still need to create a password, or if your existing password is not being accepted, you can follow these steps to make a new one. If you are an Administrator trying to complete an internal password reset, please refer to our this article instead.
On the following screen, you will be prompted to enter your Tenfold Username. This will be the email address you used to setup your account. With your credentials entered, click the “RESET PASSWORD” button.
An email like the one pictured below will be sent to the address you entered on the previous screen. Simply click the “Reset password” button to continue.
To finish this process, enter your new password twice in the two fields shown below and click the “CREATE NEW PASSWORD” button.
