Overview: This article explains how to configure the default visibility of the Floating UI for your organization.
Visibility Options for the Floating UI
You can easily expand or collapse the Floating UI at any time. Depending on your organization’s workflow and the preference of your employees, it may be helpful to adjust the default visibility option of your Floating UI as well. There are currently two options available.
With this configuration, the Floating UI will remain open automatically unless you collapse it manually. This might be a good option for you if you need to see call information as soon as the interaction begins, or if you are completing a high number of interactions and need quick access to the Floating UI the majority of the time.
With this configuration, the Floating UI will remain collapsed or closed by default. This might be a good option for you if you primarily use Tenfold for click to dial functionality, or if conserving browser viewing space is important to your organization.
Configuring the Default Floating UI Mode
- Log in to the Tenfold Dashboard as an Admin.
- Navigate to the Features tab and select Default Floating UI Mode.
- Ensure the Feature is Enabled and select the desired configuration.
Note: This will set the UI behavior for your entire organization.
