Overview: Tenfold Cloud Connect is a lightweight application that runs on a Windows server or workstation and retrieves the phone events from your On-Premise PBX via the LAN. It then takes the events and sends them over to our cloud architecture for processing and handling.

Hardware Specifications:
Version 4.x (current)
- Operating System (OS) Requirements
- Windows Server 2019 with Desktop Experience (Recommended)
- Windows Server 2016 with Desktop Experience (Recommended)
- Cisco UCM prior to 11.5 not supported on Windows Server 2016
- Processor
- Modern 4 Core Processor
- Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 must be installed (Tenfold Bridge Requirement)
- Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8 Runtime must be installed
- For both .NET versions, you do not need any HTTP Activation related items
- 8 GB RAM
- 16 GB Free Hard Disk Space + OS Recommended space (Required)
- Taking a System Image Backup prior to installation (Required)
Network Specifications:
- Must have the ability to access the internet
- Static externally facing IP address. Most likely, this will be your WAN IP. (If a dynamic IP address is used, please contact the Tenfold Account Management team for assistance when configuring the Tenfold Dashboard)
