Overview: The Create Record Button allows the User to create new record types within the CRM from the Floating UI. You can customize the type of record that your Organization prefers your User’s use here. The basic record types are Contact, Account, User, Lead, etc.
Enabling this feature will allow the User to Create new Records types within the CRM.
With “Buttons should always show” checked, on No Match Scenarios, the option to Create Contacts without searching first will be present.
Note: This might lead to issues with your CRM, select only if you are sure
This feature will also allow the Tenfold Admin to restrict what Record Types are allowed to be created within the Floating UI.
