Overview: This article provides a quick guide on configuring a Nextiva Softphone to use click to dial.
1. Login to Nextiva as an admin user
2. Click on “Users”
4. Select “Search” (leave the search field empty unless you know the user you are looking for)
5. Click “Edit” next to the affected user
6. Click on “Call Control” on the left side, and select “Shared Call Appearance” in the bottom right
7. Click the first check-box “Alert all Appearances for click-to-dial calls” and click “Okay”
